Social skills: We provide daily opportunities to enhance social skills through individual activities and work with mixed groups. Caregivers promote initiative, pro-social behavior, perseverance, task orientation, and self-control through many interacting activities.

Emotional skills: We promote self-control through positive guidance techniques and redirecting children to acceptable activities. Caregivers encourage children's self-confidence, persistence, and development of their character with challenging learning experiences that allow for success. Caregivers foster trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, and caring.

Physical skills: We provide learning activities for rotating periods of physical and quiet times. Outdoor activities are planned daily for children to learn about the outdoor environment, experience unstructured time, breathe fresh air, and have the chance the play and express themselves freely.

Educational skills: We provide daily opportunities which are responsive to children's interests and ideas. Caregivers promote the continuity of educational experiences that take into account their individual abilities, levels, and approaches to learning.
